Wrong shipping address
I requested to have the item ordered be delivered to Las Vegas as it is a GIFT. I enailed your customer service and NOTHING WAs DONE.
Very poor service.
Altho the order was places with wring shipping address. It was only 2 minutes that I tried ti cancel and ior change the shipping address; my effort was just wasted

Returned product
Mailed product back for a refund 2 weeks ago. Where is my refund??? Since they make you pay an $11.50 fee for a FedEx return they should have refunded my money.

Constant bombardment of ads I don't want to receive from Gobi Cashmere.
You've been told several times what my complaint is about. I do not want ads from Gobi Cashmere coming into my phone.
Are you a child, who does not understand? Let me be! Leave me alone. I don't want to hear from this company, or how you are not able to do as I ask.
Do I call you and pester you to buy any of my goods? No, I do not.
Now do the same. Don't pester me

To stop your ads from coming to my phone
I don't want to be bothered by your ads, and I'm not going to pay someone to have you stop. Stop sending me ads from Gobi Cashmere. I can't be more clear than that.

Order duplication
I only order once on 1 card, but it charged me 2 order on 2 different card, can you refund the second order that use the card that ends on 6145, idk what order number is but the 2 order number is US83101 and US83182?

GOBI cashmere l am trying to contact this company to return an item that doesn't fit properly
I have already purchased a sweater and like it so much wanted a send one exactly the same unfortunately l ordered the wrong item but when l tried to return it GOBI gave a message to contact the company when l tried there was an answering service that informed me the line was closed then when l went back to the return sire the site informed me my order number was wrong or my email was wrong l have no idea how l can get a refund or exchange now that they have decided l have no order number even though the number is correct what should l do?
